FMD 1972 240Z Show / Time Attack / Street .

After 10 years of on and off work, its back on the road, yea, no where near done, but I had the chance to bring it out to a local Cruise in, Parkrose Cruise in.. 8/2/08, and had a blast ... Placed 1st in Modified Import Street , and Actually took home the Peoples choice trophy .. Out of all the super nice cars that were there ...I had no idea that would be possible !!! And man ...what a Blast to drive .

The Build..
Body:
Complete tear down color change , Factory orange to Porsche Guards Red. 17" Centerline wheels
Inside:
White to Black color change, Recaro Seats, Momo steering wheel and Knob. 4 point roll bar, RCI Harnesses
Engine:
2.8L 280Z engine, stock 240Z carbs, Header, Custom 2.5" exhaust, Magnaflow resonator, E-Bay Dumpy Muffler.
Suspension:
Nissan Motorsports springs, front and rear sway bars and strut bars, Tokico Lumina Struts.
Brakes:
4 wheel disk brake conversion. Toyota 4x4 front calipers. Hawk pads.
